Correct Helm scope claim and audit logging caveats
...
- Helm values do set fleet-wide database defaults (image, logLevel,
storage performance); only per-cluster settings live on QdrantCluster
- trust_forwarded_headers lets clients spoof audit log IPs on a
publicly reachable instance
- Operator drops the audit block silently below Qdrant v1.17.0
- Managing a Cluster is the single home for the config; Logging &
Monitoring covers collection only
