Fixed variable name

The variable name used in config is `snapshots_path`. Hence the related ENV variables is `QDRANT__STORAGE__SNAPSHOTS_PATH`.

Using `QDRANT__STORAGE__SNAPSHOT_PATH` doesn't work.
