Replace the decision-tree image with the revised version (text inside
each box, one Yes/No legend, no stray menu button), compressed to <250KB.

Re-encode option1-memory, option5-batching, and choosing-the-right-mix
as palette PNGs. Same dimensions and content, ~1MB -> <250KB each.

John Kupchanko 4515784350 feat(article): decision-tree diagram, refreshed strategy images, best-practices reframe 
Replace the Choosing the Right Mix table with a decision-tree diagram,
refresh all seven strategy diagrams, and group batching, parallelization,
and sharding under Best Practices for Every Upload (no longer numbered options).
