Dylan Couzon 59420ea8e8 Suppress OneTrust cookie banner on local hugo server (#2331) 
* Suppress OneTrust cookie banner on hugo server

Gate the OneTrust loader on hugo.IsProduction so the consent banner
no longer renders during local development. Netlify production and
deploy-preview builds set HUGO_ENV=production (or default to it),
so the banner still loads in every deployed context.

Mirrors the gating pattern already used by the Segment loader
immediately below.

* Gate OneTrust on hugo.IsServer instead of hugo.IsProduction

The previous gate used hugo.IsProduction, which is also false on Netlify
deploy previews (HUGO_ENV=staging) and would suppress the banner there.
Switch to (not hugo.IsServer) so the banner is suppressed only during
local hugo server runs and renders on every hugo build target —
production, deploy-preview, and branch builds alike.

Abdon PijpelinkandClaude Sonnet 4.6 bc0efe70b0 Sync language tabs across widgets and persist selection (#2291) 
Clicking a language tab now switches all other code-snippet widgets on
the page to the same language, and the choice is saved to localStorage
so it is auto-applied on future page loads.

* initial commit; fixed anchor links on internal docs pages

* add back in absolute paths for links in code comments

* fix: update linkchecker include filter to match server port 1314

PR #1629 changed the Hugo server to port 1314 but forgot to update
the --include filter, which still matched port 1313. This caused all
links to be excluded, making the checker a no-op (0 checked, 82277 excluded).
