Rename retrieval-quality slugs to match tutorial scope

Tutorial slugs now match their content:
- retrieval-quality/ -> ann-recall/ (alias preserves the old published path)
- retrieval-quality-golden-set/ -> retrieval-relevance/
- retrieval-quality-pipeline-output/ -> pipeline-output-quality/
