Add llms-full.txt for extended LLM discoverability (#1750)

This adds a more detailed version of `llms.txt` as `llms-full.txt`, which will be publicly served at `https://qdrant.tech/llms-full.txt`. It includes extended links, documentation references, and long-form metadata to aid LLM agents and retrieval tools.
